Fire in Colorado - yikes
Fire forces 4,000 to evacuate [USA Today : Front Page]
That fire is here in Colorado. They’ve closed down a 50+ mile stretch of I-70, which is undoubtedly one of the most major east/west expressways to span the United States. The fire season here has already been bad, and a mega-drought just promises an entire summer of this.
Even after all weekend, this is still pretty bad. Here’s a picture from my way home at about 7:00pm tonight. It usually doesn’t get dark until about 9:00pm.

Late post, but the local information Web site for the area affected by the fire now has a Colorado mountain RSS newsfeed.
